Ready to secure your space? You must have a valid ID, Texas Cosmetology license, a strong social media presence and steady clientele

1. Fill Out the Google Form: This form helps us determine your eligibility.
2. Approval Process: Once your form is reviewed and approved, we will send you a link to schedule a tour.
3. Background Check: A background check will be conducted, costing $35.
4. Securing a Suite: If everything is satisfactory, you can secure a suite by signing a lease.
5. Deposit and Initial Rent: A deposit equal to twice the weekly rent plus the third week’s rent is required. The first two weeks of rent are complimentary.
